At JLL Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gym equipment; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all equipment is returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully disassemble your fitness gear and place it back into its original box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  For large items like treadmills or exercise bikes, we will coordinate a specialized courier pickup; for smaller accessories, you can use our prepaid drop-off labels.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
