What is the standard delivery timeframe for large equipment?
For large items such as treadmills and exercise bikes, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Our specialist two-man delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time slot.
Do JLL Fitness products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our fitness equipment comes with a standard 12-month warranty covering parts and labor. Many of our treadmill motors and frames carry extended warranties for extra peace of mind.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Do you offer assembly services for home gym equipment?
While our products are designed for easy home assembly with included instruction manuals, we do offer a professional assembly service for an additional fee in select regions. Please contact our support team for a quote.
